When working out the price for customising your clothing there are 3 things to consider:

The garment price + application price + any additional artwork charges if required.

GARMENT PRICES

We pride ourselves on offering the best value items at highly competitive prices. We offer bulk discounts, so the more items you buy, the cheaper the price per garment. Bulk discounts are displayed on each product page.

Larger garments sized 3XL - 6XL may be subject to extra charges when ordering over 30 items. These prices depend on the garment type and brand, ranging from +20p per garment to +£1 per garment. Any extra charges of this kind would be confirmed with you prior to any production taking place on your order.

PRINT APPLICATION PRICING

We offer quantity discounts per application. For example if you are having 30 t-shirts with left chest prints and large back prints, you would receive the 30+ price for both applications. If you want the same left chest print on different garments, for example 30 t-shirts and 30 polos, you would receive the 60+ price for the prints. The discounts are automatically applied when you add your items to the cart.

Our printing prices depend on the number of colours in your print as shown in the table below. This because we print each colour in a separate process.

EMBROIDERY APPLICATION PRICING

We offer quantity discounts per application. For example if you are having 30 t-shirts with left chest embroideries and large back embroideries, you would receive the 30+ price for both applications. If you want the same left chest embroidery on different garments, for example 30 t-shirts and 30 polos, you would receive the 60+ price for the embroideries. The discounts are automatically applied when you add your items to the cart.

The embroidery's overall size, and the design detail affects the amount of stitches in the embroidery, which can vary how long this process takes greatly. This is why we offer different price points for a text only embroidery and a logo embroidery, as well as for a small or large embroidery.

You can have up to 15 colours in your embroidery at no extra cost.

ARTWORK CHARGES

PRINT SET UP

If your design only requires text and no imagery, we offer FREE set-up on any of our pre-set font options. For logos if the artwork file is high quality (in vector format, or of a high resolution of at least 300dpi), we will do any necessary colour separation in your design, or screen preparation for screen-printing for FREE.

If you do not have print ready artwork we can convert your logo from any JPEG file or photograph for a one-off fee starting from £15. This involves re-drawing your logo on specialist computer software. If any artwork manipulation is required to a logo you have submitted to us on placing your order, you will be notified and asked to confirm any extra charges before we start any production.

EMBROIDERY SET UP

For all orders of 12 items or more, new logos are set-up for FREE.

If purchasing 1-11 items, new logos will require a one off £15 set-up fee. All logos once digitised are kept on file for future use. If your design requires only text to be embroidered, you will be able to choose from pre-set font options where set-up is FREE. If you are after a specific font which we do not offer, or have a complex composition for your text other than or standard alignments offered this will be classed as a graphic logo and will require a set up charge.

ARTWORK DESIGN SERVICE

If you do not already have artwork made for your logo, we can also offer a design service to draw your idea or logo from scratch. Get in touch for a custom quote, prices start from £30.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

When customising your garments you will have the opportunity to add on some finishing touches.

INDIVIDUAL BAGGING
For just 65p per garment we can individually fold and bag each item, we will also attach a size label to the bag. Alternatively you can provide us with your own branded labels to apply when bagging if you prefer. This helps to provide a retail ready finish.

INDIVIDUAL NAME / TITLE / INITIALS
We can add individual name or initial prints / embroideries to items in your order. This could be a name or a title such as "steward". After placing your order we will send you a form to enter the names and which item each name will go on, where you would like the name on the garment and in what colour.

If you would like to add individual names / titles / initials to only some of your bundle, simply tick the option and add to cart, then reduce the quantity in your cart to the required total.

Small Name / Title Embroideries up to 11cm wide, with approximately 1cm tall lettering. The charge for this service is +£3 per item.

Initial Prints 4cm tall for adult sizes and 3.5cm tall for childrens sizes. Applied in a single colour vinyl print, you can have 1-3 letters for each initial. Usually positioned on the chest, sleeve, or leg opposite a logo. The charge for this service is +£1.50 per item.

Large Name / Job Title Prints usually positioned across the back shoulders, this option is applied in a single colour vinyl print with 6-7cm letter height. The charge for this service is +£3 per item.
